Lúc đầu mình hơi lo lắng vì sợ trị nám sợ đau, nhưng bác sĩ ở đây làm rất nhẹ nhàng. Sau mỗi lần điều trị, da hơi đỏ nhẹ nhưng nhanh hồi phục. Đến buổi thứ 3, nám gần như mờ hẳn, da căng bóng hơn. Rất hài lòng với kết quả!

To preface,I am a PA from the U.S. with a background in dermatology and aesthetics, I visited this clinic for its competitive pricing, but I left deeply concerned by their clinical practices. Medical Misinformation & Aggressive Sales Despite arriving with a clear treatment plan, I was met with aggressive "gaslighting" regarding my skin concerns to push additional services. Most concerning was the blatant medical misinformation provided by both doctors and medical assistants (who appear to operate well outside a standard scope of practice). • The Claims: They stated that the tretinoin I used thins the skin and recommended their topical collagen creams for recovery. • The Reality: Clinical research confirms tretinoin increases epidermal thickness, and topical collagen molecules are too large to penetrate the skin barrier effectively. When I declined high-cost add-ons like PRP, the staff’s demeanor turned cold and annoyed while still insisting that I wouldn’t get the results I wanted without it. Incomplete Treatment & Financial Concerns I paid in full for subscision and Full-Face Ablative CO2, yet the physician unilaterally decided to skip my nose, chin, and eye area without prior consultation or a price adjustment. • The Excuse: They claimed they skipped areas to "avoid skin damage," for patients safety which is illogical given that CO2 laser is designed to create controlled damage for regeneration.Leaving parts of my face that I wanted addressed is more likely to leave uneven skin tone and texture. None of this was discussed with me before or during the treatment. • The "Resolution": After realize the treatment was incomplete, the clinic offered me "complimentary" sessions next year or the next time I returned to Vietnam. Knowing I was returning to the U.S. the following day, this was a hollow gesture and one I was unable to take .A simple refund for the services not rendered would have been the professional solution. The clinic also tried pushing me to buy their hyaluronic acid serum post care. When I declined, they questioned what serum I was going to use despite knowing my medical background. The medical assistants insisted that their doctor check to see if it was adequate despite it being in a foreign language while the active ingredients and information not being listed fully so the doctor wouldn’t know regardless. I had already signed the liability waiver accepting the acknowledgement of risk and complications. The way they kept trying to get me to buy their product seemed like a sales tactic since skincare products aren’t regulated like medication. Lack of Continuity The clinic suffers from a lack of communication between the multiple doctors and assistants involved in one visit. Different doctors do consulting and different procedures while lacking continuity of care.It functions more like a high-pressure "sales-first" medspa than a legitimate dermatology clinic. Bottom Line: Do not go here due to false delivery, misinformation, and gaslighting under the guise of medical care. Do not trust their medical advice or their "Full Face" service descriptions. This place lists itself as a dermatology clinic- but when I was charged, it’s categorized as health and beauty spas. Denying you’re a medspa but objective evidence says otherwise
